$55,000 - $65,000 per year Overview We are a growing cable manufacturing company seeking a hands-on Quality & Compliance Lead to take ownership of our quality system, support production, and drive continuous improvement. This is not a desk job. This role works directly on the production floor, solving problems in real time, supporting operators, and ensuring products meet quality and compliance standards. This is a strong opportunity for someone ready to step into a leadership role in a small, fast-moving manufacturing environment. What You'll Do Quality & Compliance Maintain and improve the

ISO 9001

Quality Management System Support CMMC-related compliance practices and documentation Lead internal audits and support external audits Manage nonconformance reports and corrective actions Develop and update SOPs and quality procedures Production & Floor Support Work directly with operators to ensure quality standards are met Verify setups and monitor processes during production Troubleshoot quality issues alongside the team Train employees on quality expectations and testing methods Continuous Improvement Track scrap, rework, and defect trends Identify root causes and implement improvements Support lean and process improvement initiatives Testing & Inspection Perform electrical, mechanical, and fiber-optic testing Conduct incoming and final inspections Ensure testing equipment is calibrated and maintained What We're Looking For Required 2+ years of quality experience in manufacturing Working knowledge of

ISO 9001
