Job Description

Job Description Job Summary:
To implement and maintain the Company Quality System and to ensure product and process quality/integrity meets appropriate regulatory/customer requirements. The employee will support the production activities related to the section 15 of A350 composite Assembly Line. As part of the Aviation Safety and Quality organisation, the employee will be responsible for activity related to the expertise on product process and failure analysis with operational process surveillance.
Your challenges:
Analyzing non-conformities; Performing Problem-Solving (PPS): Perform root cause analyses. Recommends and supports the implementation of corrective actions that are necessary to reduce or eliminate nonconformance to design specifications. Has the capability to work with the team and develop PFMEAs and control Plan. Participating and preparing governances; Problem-solving; Group facilitation; Communications management, within the Multi Functional Team and internal customer; Project management on Quality improvement; Apply knowledge of quality policies and practices to develop, document, and maintain quality systems and operating procedures. Ability to plan and coordinate improvements in manufacturing (e.g., hardware and tool acceptance, variability reduction and assembly operations, etc.). Ability to compile, measure and analyze process capability data, models to perform trend analyses and risk assessments.
Primary Responsibilities:
Being the Voice of the Customer at Final Product Inspection (FPI) station. Identifying, investigating and solving Quality related problems and co-ordinating relevant corrective action teams. Conducting Quality surveillance and feedback loop. Drive the '4 eyes inspections' principles on all concessions.

Qualified Experience and Training:
Education:
Preferred Bachelor's degree preferred Aerospace and/or Automotive industry experience preferred
Experience:
At least 4-6 years of experience in a manufacturing environment or manufacturing industry required
Travel Required:
5% domestic/international travel
Citizenship:
Authorization to work in the US.

N/A Communication Skills:
Required Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to articulate complex issues to others. Ability to maintain confidentiality in all matters is essential. Demonstrated effectiveness in interpersonal skills.

Daily able to see and read computer screens and other electronic equipment with screens, able to read documents, reports and engineering drawings.
Hearing:
Daily able to participate in conversations in person and via teleconference or phone and to hear sounds on production floor including safety warnings or alarms.
Speaking:
Daily able to speak in conversations and meetings, deliver information and participate in communications. Equipment Operation (personal computer, telephone, copies, fax machine, and related office equipment and using electronic identification card to enter building floors and internal doors): Able to operate most office and personal electronic equipment and some tools including production tools such as hydraulic lifts.
Carrying:
Weekly able to carry documents, tools, drawings, electronic equipment up to 30lbs/14kgs.
Lifting:
Weekly able to lift documents, tools, drawings, electronic equipment up to 30lbs/14kgs. Pushing /
Pulling:
Weekly able to push and pull small office furniture and some equipment and tools.
Sitting:
Daily able to sit for long periods of time in meetings, working on the computer. Squatting /
Kneeling:
Weekly able to squat or kneel to retrieve or replace items stored on low shelving.
Standing:
Daily able to stand for discussions in offices or on the production floor.
Travel:
5% able to travel independently and at short notice. Walking (include routine walking such as to a shared printer to retrieve documents): Daily able to walk through office and production areas including uneven surfaces.
Personal Protective Equipment required:
Required PPE includes, but is not limited to, Safety Shoes, Safety Glasses, Hearing Protection, Respirators/Masks, and/or Protective Gloves as required by site and/or customer site.
Administrative position only PPE required:
Safety glasses on manufacturing floor, bump caps in designated areas, and safety-toed shoes in designated work areas.
