Job Description

Here at Narrow Way Energy, we believe in making our world a better tomorrow. One that offers our children a self-sustainable energy source to power our future. We are constantly finding new ways to make the construction of these solar facilities more efficient and profitable for our clients. We are searching for only a couple more Quality Control Technician to join our team. If you desire to help us make the world a greener and more self-sustainable place, join our team as a Quality Control technician. This position will not last long! These would be some of your responsibilities: Perform routine and final inspections of work performed in the field Verify work complies with project plans, specifications, and applicable codes Identify defects, non-conformances, or quality issues and document findings Work closely with project managers, supervisors, and crews to resolve quality concerns Maintain accurate inspection reports, checklists, and quality documentation Ensure corrective actions are completed and verified Assist in developing and improving quality control procedures Promote safety and quality standards on all job sites Minimum requirements for this job: Able to arrive on time A sound understanding of safety guidelines Decision-making skills, especially when under pressure Ability to work extended hours as needed Capacity to provide and follow directions Ability to work on active construction sites Ability to stand, walk, climb, and lift as required by the job Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Job Compensation:
Overtime is offered after 40 hours at a time and a half. Wages will be between $35-$37 depending on experience. Per diem seven days a week
