Quality Control Dock Technician

Inc., into what it is today. The Quality Control Department fills a crucial role to the success of Allan Bros. Inc. The department monitors fruit quality and handling from the day it arrives at Allan Bros. Inc., to the day it is shipped. This Dock Quality Control Technician will be responsible for the inspection of packed fruit just prior to getting shipped; assuring the shipping manager that the fruit quality meets company standards. He or she will eventually be well-rounded in all aspects of the Quality Control Department.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Able to identify and communicate concerns with fruit quality. Detail oriented and organized. Ability to lift 40lbs. above head. Work in cold working conditions. Willing to work flexible hours and weekends. Must be team player and maintain a positive and professional attitude.
