- Flexographic & Digital Printing2nd Shift, 2:30pm
- 11:00pm Monday

This role focuses on color accuracy, print consistency, material compliance, and defect prevention throughout production.
Key ResponsibilitiesInspect printed materials for quality, accuracy, and consistency during setup, run, and post-productionVerify color accuracy using spectrophotometers, densitometers, and visual standards (e.g., Delta E, density, dot gain)Approve press set-ups for flexographic and digital presses prior to production runsMonitor and document print quality, defects, and corrective actionsIdentify issues such as color variation, registration errors, banding, streaking, ghosting, and plate or substrate defectsCollaborate with press operators, prepress, and production teams to resolve quality issues quicklyEnsure compliance with customer specifications, GMP standards, and internal SOPsMaintain accurate quality records, inspection logs, and reportsSupport continuous improvement initiatives and root-cause analysisAssist with calibration and maintenance of quality measurement equipmentQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; technical or quality-related certifications are a plus.
Strong attention to detail with solid problem-solving skills.
Previous experience with light equipment operation or inspection tools is highly preferred.
Ability to read and interpret order specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
Experience using measuring tools such as rulers.
Coachable, punctual, and reliable with a strong willingness to learn.
Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a production environment with exposure to noise and machinery.
Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
Ability to lift and carry materials as needed to support production and quality processes.
Required Skills & QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required; technical or printing-related education preferred2+ years of experience in quality control within a flexographic and/or digital printing environmentStrong understanding of printing processes, substrates, inks, coatings, and finishingProficiency with color measurement tools and quality standardsAbility to read job tickets, artwork, and specificationsStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and in a fast-paced production environmentGood communication and documentation skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience with label, packaging, or commercial printingKnowledge of GMP or FDA-regulated printing environmentsFamiliarity with variable data printing and digital workflowsBasic understanding of color management systems and profilesWork EnvironmentManufacturing/production floor settingExposure to inks, solvents, and machineryStanding for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbsJoin Our Team!
