Job Description:

Duties and Responsibilities:

Performed Incoming Inspections on chemicals, labelling and components using equipment such as optical comparator, calipers, microscopes and go and no-go gauges. Completed and or review Incoming, In-Process and Final Inspection documentation. Component Inspection Folders, checklist, release forms, calibration data records etc. Performed in process and final inspections to support Manufacturing Ensured that quality records are maintained according to the quality company SOP Performed other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

Associate technical degree or equivalent experience 3-year experience in Quality Inspection / Quality Technician Experience of

GMP, 21CFR820, ISO 13485 1-3

years' experience in precision mechanical inspection Ability to understand schematics, drawing, BOM's and test processes Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) required. Experience with Oracle or other ERP systems highly desirable Able to interact with peers and able to use computer to process work orders. Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook Excellent communications skills (both written and verbal). Ability to work independently or in team setting environment. Ability to lift objects that may weigh up to 30 pounds.

Desired/ Preferred:

1-3 years exp in precision mechanical inspection desired. 3 years of inspection experience using an optical comparator desired.
