Quality Control Lab Coordinator

Basic Job Function:

• Perform various inspection to make sure that the quality of manufactured products meet specified standard and control defective parts in order not to ship them out to customers

Responsibilities:

• Performs daily check to ensure it meets blueprint specification
• Record the check results in designated forms
• Performs monthly checks for customer according to control plan
• Collects data for new model events
• Collects data for N+3 transitioning into mass production
• Collects/confirms receiving inspection data
• Manage sorts (create inspection procedure and sort sheet)
• Performs visual inspection on new model events, trouble issues
• Conduct QA confirmations
• Assist production with quality related issues
• Process/product audits
• Six sigma projects
• Any other duties assigned by

Team Leader Experience/Skill:

• Prefer candidates who are bilingual in English and Japanese (both written and spoken).
• Strong Excel Skill
• Computer Skill
• Inter-personal skills
• Communication skills
• Manufacturing type background preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to implement corrective actions
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations
• Quality experience preferred, but not required

$35,000.00
