We are a fully integrated materials supplier providing aggregates, ready-mix concrete, asphalt, and hauling services. Job Information The Quality Control Manager is responsible for overseeing quality control programs and ensuring that materials and production meet required specifications, project expectations, and regulatory standards. This role develops and maintains QC procedures, supervises staff, ensures testing/certification requirements are met, and supports production and sales by troubleshooting issues, maintaining documentation, and continuously improving QC systems. Key Responsibilities Quality Control & Compliance Establish, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and standards. Ensure materials meet PennDOT, PTC, and industry requirements. Maintain QC testing records, certifications, reports, and documentation. Leadership & Testing Oversight Supervise and support QC personnel. Ensure all locations have QC coverage for production and testing. Coordinate material testing, inspections, and equipment calibration. Production Support Troubleshoot material performance and provide corrective action plans. Work with production, dispatch, transportation, and sales to ensure proper mix design and product consistency. Address customer request or quality concerns. Continuous Improvement Analyze QC and production reports to identify trends and improvements. Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency and accuracy. Qualifications & Certifications Required / Preferred Minimum of 3 years QA Technician experience and 5 years QA management experience. Ability to build professional relationships with inspection staff. Valid driver's license. Preferred Certifications ACI Concrete Field-Testing Technician — Grade

Concrete Field Certification NECEPT Aggregate Technician Certification PennDOT District Plant Certification Working Conditions Work performed in office, plant and construction environments. Requires walking, climbing, and lifting equipment/material. Safety & Compliance All employees must follow BQ Concrete safety policies and comply with applicable QC standards and regulatory requirements. Compensation Compensation package based on experience and qualifications. Final pay decisions are made by the hiring manager following the interview and selection process.
Reimbursements:
