Job Description:
We're partnering with a confidential organization in the medical device / pharmaceutical space seeking a Quality Control Manager to lead laboratory operations and ensure product quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. This is a hands-on leadership role supporting multi-shift manufacturing operations with direct impact on product release and quality performance. What You'll Do Lead Quality Control and laboratory operations across a multi-shift manufacturing environment Oversee testing for raw materials, in-process production, and finished products Support product release decisions and ensure compliance with quality and regulatory requirements Drive CAPA, investigations, validations, and calibration activities in partnership with Quality Assurance Supervise routine, in-process, stability, and final product testing Lead environmental monitoring and critical utility oversight Identify risks within lab operations and lead resolution of quality issues Ensure team training, SOP adherence, and overall audit/inspection readiness What We're Looking For 5-8+ years of experience in Quality Control within medical device or regulated manufacturing Strong knowledge of FDA, ISO, and regulated quality environments Experience leading lab operations, testing, and quality teams Background in microbiology, chemistry, or laboratory sciences Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing setting Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills Why This Role?
