Job Description

Job Summary Premier Aggregates is seeking an experienced and motivated Quality Control Technician to join our growing team. We are looking for a dependable individual with strong knowledge of aggregate production, material specifications, and testing procedures who can help maintain the high standards our customers expect. Responsibilities Perform daily sampling and testing of aggregate materials Conduct gradation, moisture, density, and other required quality tests Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with state and customer specifications Maintain accurate testing records and quality reports Communicate quality issues and corrective actions with plant management and operators Calibrate and maintain testing equipment Assist with inspections, audits, and compliance documentation Work safely and follow all company safety policies and procedures Requirements Previous quality control experience in the aggregate, mining, asphalt, or construction materials industry required Knowledge of aggregate testing procedures and industry specifications preferred Experience with ASTM, AASHTO, or state DOT testing standards is a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Basic computer and reporting skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Pay:
$70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
