The Quality Coordinator is responsible for performing quality projects such as assisting with chart abstractions for the Behavioral Health Network, workflow analysis and other activities to measure and monitor clinical quality, workflow, and throughputQualifications:
Required:
RN license Minimum of 5 years experience as a registered nurse History of quality improvement, quality management, or standards Strong Microsoft Office skills necessary: Word, Power Point and Excel Availablity for three to six months of trainingPreferred:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing CPHQ Certification Skill in Team Facilitation, RCA and FMEA Experience with Viso and Vizient a plusScheduling Requirements Status:

Coordinate, implement and participate in the evaluation of the ongoing, functionally integrated, and systematic hospital-wide performance improvement activities Coordinates sub-committees of the Performance Improvement Committee Serves as a learning coach for participants Identifies opportunities for improvement and facilitates resolution of issue(s) Assists the Director in the implementation of hospital wide programs to ensure compliance with the standards of regulatory and accrediting agenciesOther Duties:
