DOE Key Responsibilities Investigate and resolve customer quality issues using structured root cause analysis methodologies Collaborate with internal teams and customers to implement corrective and preventive actions Support and maintain compliance with quality standards such as ISO9001, AS9100D, and

ISO17025

Participate in internal and external audits, documentation control, and calibration activities Work cross-functionally to improve manufacturing processes, yield, and efficiency Utilize ETQ (Enterprise Quality Management System) for tracking and managing quality processes Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the facility Train team members on quality processes and best practices as needed Required Qualifications Bachelor s Degree in a scientific or technical field 3+ years of experience in a metals or materials production environment Hands-on experience with quality management systems (QMS) Experience with the ETQ system (mandatory) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to manage tasks effectively and meet deadlines
