Accepting Candidates About the role Join a quality-focused engineering team supporting supplier performance and product compliance in a regulated manufacturing environment. This role plays a critical part in ensuring supplier-delivered materials meet technical and quality requirements while partnering with engineering and supply chain teams. Key Responsibilities Conduct source inspections, incoming inspections, and material surveys to verify supplier compliance Review Supplier First Article Inspections (FAIs) and support evaluation of new suppliers for approved supplier qualification Manage SCARs (Supplier Corrective Action Requests) , ensuring effective root cause analysis and corrective action implementation Partner with Engineering and Supply Chain to support supplier selection based on risk, complexity, and commodity Ensure supplier adherence to defined quality and technical requirements Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering ( Electrical preferred ) 2+ years of experience in Supplier Quality, Manufacturing Quality, or Quality Engineering Strong knowledge of
ISO 9001, ISO
13485, AS9100, APQP, PPAP, SPC, Lean, Six Sigma Ability to read blueprints, engineering drawings , and working knowledge of GD&T Experience with PLM, MRP, MES, or ERP systems Compensation (MA Pay Transparency): Estimated hourly range: $50-$58/hr (W-2). Final rate within this range will be based on skills, experience, and interview results.
