Job Description

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Validations:
a. Lead process validation activities (IQ, OQ, PQ) for new and existing injection/ silicone molding processes, packaging, ensuring compliance with customers, regulatory and internal quality standards. b. Develop and execute validation protocols for tooling, packaging, equipment, and process changes. c. Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure manufacturability and robust process capability from customer to production. d. Write complete validation reports (IQ/OQ/PQ), ensuring acceptability to customers e. Analyze process data using statistical tools (e.g., Minitab) to identify trends, optimize parameters, and drive continuous improvement. f. Investigate non-conformances, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
