Day Shift, Evening Shift, Weekends, Holidays Job Description We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Quality Inn Elberton. The Front Desk Agent is the first point of contact for guests and plays a major role in creating a welcoming and professional hotel experience. Responsibilities include checking guests in and out, answering phones, managing reservations, handling guest requests, processing payments, and assisting with daily front desk operations.
