Day Shift, Evening Shift, Weekends, Holidays Job Description We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Quality Inn Elberton. The Front Desk Agent is the first point of contact for guests and plays a major role in creating a welcoming and professional hotel experience. Responsibilities include checking guests in and out, answering phones, managing reservations, handling guest requests, processing payments, and assisting with daily front desk operations. Responsibilities Greet guests with a positive and professional attitude Check guests in and out efficiently Answer phone calls and assist with reservations Process payments and maintain accurate records Respond to guest questions, concerns, and requests Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area Handle cash drawer balancing and shift reports Follow hotel policies and customer service standards Qualifications Customer service or hotel experience preferred Strong communication and multitasking skills Basic computer knowledge Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays Positive attitude and professional appearance Benefits Employee discounts Flexible scheduling Opportunities for advancement Supportive team environment If you enjoy working with people and creating great guest experiences, we would love to hear from you.
