Quality Inspector

In your role, you must meet the below experience 3 years minimum experience (aviation experience preferred) Must be able to perform inspection of assemblies/detail parts for compliance to applicable drawings, specifications, and contractual requirements. Possess an eye for defect identification. Documents discrepancies per applicable procedures. Works from engineering drawings, blueprints, quality procedures and instructions, manufacturing specifications and procedures, operation and work sheets, electronic data, and verbal instructions. Understand and ensure compliance of First Article Inspections. Uses precision measuring instruments such as ball gauges, height gauges, dial indicators, calipers, pana-metrics (electronic thickness tester), and micrometers in performing assigned quality tasks. Be computer literate with skills in Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, PDF, etc. Must be a US Citizen or a Permanent resident per ITAR (i.e., 'Green Card') (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) guidelines.
