What You Bring Proven Experience:
At least 2 years in a manufacturing environment (Required).Technical Skills:
Proficiency with calipers, micrometers, and height gauges. Eye forDetail:
The ability to spot discrepancies and initiate "Fast Response" when things aren't right.ITAR Compliance:
Must be a "U.S. Person" (Citizen, green card holder, etc.) per federal regulations.salary:
$23 - $25.3 per hourshift: Secondwork hours: 3 PM - 11PMeducation:
High SchoolResponsibilities Visually and manually inspect manufactured parts per acceptance criteria Interpret advanced blueprints, assembly drawings, angularity, profile, various datum s (Vectors) and results from advanced measuring techniques (CMM, Keyence, FARO arm) per acceptance criteria. Create FAIR and inspection plan documentation, utilizing drawings and standard templates. Record/document all receiving, in-process, and final inspection findings as required and initiate Fast Response as needed. Achieves and maintains applicable certifications, including plating inspection certification, weld inspector certification, general inspector certification, and hardness testing. 5S+ involvement which includes but not limited to your working area Uphold quality integrity and generate non-conformance reports when parts do not meet specifications Ability to work with MFG-PRO to process parts systematically and WISPER for DMR generations Additional Quality specific functions as necessaryThe essential functions of this role include:working in a smoke free environmentwearing steel toe shoesmanual lifting up to 35lbsstanding for 8 hours at one timeSkillsProduct InspectionBlueprints (1 year of experience is required)Inspection (1 year of experience is required)cmmManufacturing (1 year of experience is required)calipers (1 year of experience is required)micrometers (1 year of experience is required)GDTData Entryrecieving inspection (1 year of experience is preferred)QualificationsYears of experience: 2 yearsExperience level: Entry LevelRandstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
