Quality Inspector

Quality inspection role supporting incoming, in-process, and final inspection of machined and assembled electromechanical products in a regulated defense manufacturing environment. Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance Recent experience working in an AS9100 environment Recent experience operating a CMM Knowledge of test and inspection methodology Ability to use standard inspection tools including calipers, micrometers, and height stands Ability to verify product conformance to specifications, drawings, and acceptance tests Ability to capture inspection data and supplier data packages in ETQ and Deltek Ability to ensure inspection equipment is properly calibrated Preferred Skills Experience supporting incoming, in-process, and final inspections Experience inspecting machined and assembled mechanical components Experience supporting Quality Management System requirements Experience working with AS9100D and CMMI processes Experience supporting assigned programs in accordance with detailed quality plans Job Responsibilities Support incoming, in-process, and final inspections with a focus on machined and assembled mechanical components Verify product conformance to program specifications, drawings, and acceptance tests Capture inspection data and supplier data packages in ETQ and Deltek Apply test and inspection methodologies during inspection activities Use standard inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, and height stands Support QMS, AS9100D, and CMMI processes Support assigned programs in accordance with detailed quality plans Ensure inspection equipment used is calibrated

Pay:
