Quality Inspector

RESPONSIBILITIES

Inspect parts and equipment using an open plate setup using granite plate. Execute existing CMM Programs to include trouble shooting programs to ensure the integrity of the measurements. Use alternative measuring methods if necessary. Record, analyze inspection results to certify or reject products. Maintain paperwork and quality documents.

QUALIFICATIONS

Specific technical or vocational training preferred, but not required. Minimum of 3-5 years of inspection and production experience in a manufacturing environment required. Experience executing CMM Programs. Advanced blueprint reading with GD&T and granite plate measuring skills. Working knowledge of ISO work instructions.
