Quality Management Representative Job Description:

Coordinate all quality system audits. Maintain all quality related documentation to ensure that copies of controlled documents are distributed, and all revisions are current. (Internal procedures, quality manuals etc.) Perform internal audits to ensure the quality system is working as planned. Participate in all AQP processes. Follow up on internal audits and NCRs until closed. Work on special projects as assigned by the Department Manager. Responsibilities will also include checking customer e-based quality system for changes. Follow up on opportunities for improvement identified during the internal audits. Manage training database (i.e. training assignments, training updates, notification to supervisors of overdue training, etc.)

Quality Management Representative Qualifications:

Ability to think analytically and independently and remain very organized. Ability to work effectively on their own as well as with others at all levels of the organization. Good communication skills, both verbal and written
