Job Description

Northwest Arkansas $60,000 - $100,000/yearly Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Manager for one of our client partners in Northwest Arkansas. The Quality Manager will play a critical role in overseeing and maintaining the company's Quality Management System (QMS) while supporting continuous improvement initiatives throughout the organization. This position is ideal for a candidate with strong organizational skills, experience with ISO standards, and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments to ensure quality expectations are met consistently. The Quality Manager will be responsible for managing customer quality concerns, supplier corrective actions, and internal quality processes to help maintain compliance and improve operational efficiency. The Quality Manager will also assist with maintaining documentation, procedures, and training programs related to quality standards and IPC requirements. This role requires strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement in a manufacturing environment. Job Responsibilities Establish, implement, and maintain the company's Quality Management System (QMS) Support and maintain ISO standards and continuous improvement initiatives throughout the facility Investigate and resolve customer quality concerns, failures, and complaints through corrective action processes (CAR) Manage supplier quality issues and oversee Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCAR) Conduct and coordinate IPC training programs as needed Work closely with Document Control to ensure procedures, work instructions, and quality documentation remain current and accurate Monitor quality metrics and identify areas for improvement within production and operational processes Assist with internal audits, compliance reviews, and quality inspections Collaborate with management and production teams to ensure quality standards are consistently achieved Support root cause analysis activities and implement corrective and preventive actions Maintain organized records and reports related to quality activities and compliance requirements Perform additional duties and projects as assigned by management Qualifications Previous experience in a Quality Manager role or similar quality-focused position preferred Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ISO standards required Experience handling corrective actions, customer complaints, and supplier quality issues preferred Familiarity with IPC standards and training is a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions Proficiency with Microsoft Office and quality documentation systems Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Manufacturing or industrial experience preferred #IND2
