Ferretti Search is delighted to partner with a growing manufacturing organization to locate their next Quality Manager .

Location:

Confidential (United States) -

On-site Compensation:

$80,000-$90,000 base salary

Quality Systems Leadership:

Oversee quality assurance, quality control, audits, corrective actions, and compliance with customer and regulatory standards

Continuous Improvement:

Drive root cause analysis, monitor KPIs, reduce defects and scrap, and support Lean/Six Sigma initiatives

Cross-Functional Support:

Collaborate with operations and engineering on process improvements, product launches, supplier quality, and customer-facing quality initiatives Who are you?

Manufacturing Quality Leader:

5+ years of quality leadership experience within a manufacturing environment

Process Improvement Expert:

Strong knowledge of quality systems, ISO standards, audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement methodologies

Hands-On Communicator:
