Bonus Henniges Automotive is a Global enterprise in automotive tier 1 / tier 2 manufacturing. We are looking for a high-energy, serious solutions-driven Quality Manager who can lead from the front, identify problems fast, and drive major corrective actions. This role is for someone who can handle pressure, customer expectations, layered quality issues, and real-time problem solving without losing focus. The right person will be able to push through various challenges, manage team dynamics head-on, negotiate effectively, and move solutions from discussion to execution. What You'll Own Lead and manage the Quality Department to ensure effectiveness and accountability. Address, investigate, and resolve customer quality concerns and delegate. Maintain quality systems in compliance with

IATF 16949

. Oversee corrective actions. Report quality measurables. Invent, implement and stabilize quality processes.

Develop the QA team members:

Delegation and teamwork Drive continuous improvement Push past resistance, roadblocks, and layered operational challenges. Maintain statistical process control programs and apply metrology/statistical methods to diagnose quality deficiencies. Support safe launch containment, layered process audits, product audits, and corporate quality standards.
