The Quality Specialistis responsible for ensuring that the organizations products and services meet company quality standards, as well as customer and regulatory requirements for quality, safety, and reliability as part of the Quality Team. The primary focus is on driving quality assurance activities, conducting inspections, data analysis, root cause/corrective actions and supporting quality improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction. This role involves hands-on collaboration with operations and quality teams to maintain consistent quality processes. Perform routine inspections and tests on products and processes to ensure compliance with quality standards. Collect and record quality data using statistical tools to support analysis and reporting. Assist in developing and maintaining in-process quality checklists and documentation. Conducts root cause analysis and corrective action (RCA) to address quality issues. Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams to implement quality control measures. Conduct periodic audits of production processes and documentation under the guidance of the Quality Engineer. Help maintain accurate and up-to-date quality records, including inspection reports and standard work instructions. Support training sessions by preparing materials and helping staff adhere to quality procedures. Report on quality trends and issues to the Quality Engineer for further action. Develop and deliver training programs for staff to ensure adherence to quality processes and standards. Maintain and update policies, procedures, and standard work instructions as required. Assist in preparing for external audits and certifications (e.g., ISO, AS9100). Support quality-related activities in conjunction with cross-functional teams, including Manufacturing, Engineering, Purchasing, Supply Chain, and Customer Service. Develop clear, concise, and accurate documentation, including policies, procedures, and standard work instructions.
