$55,000 - $60,000 /Year Job Summary The Quality Specialist plays a key role in supporting daily quality operations to ensure products, materials, and processes consistently meet company standards and customer expectations. This position is well suited for individuals interested in manufacturing quality, process improvement, and compliance within a fast-paced production environment. Key Responsibilities Support the ongoing maintenance and improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) Perform internal quality audits and assist during external or customer audits Assist with supplier quality processes, including evaluations, issue resolution, and corrective actions Conduct inspections and accurately document quality results and records Identify, document, and communicate nonconforming materials or process issues Support investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action activities Maintain quality-related documentation, including procedures, forms, logs, and reports Collaborate with Production and cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with quality standards Collect and track quality data and assist with reporting key metrics Adhere to all company safety policies, quality standards, and operational procedures Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Prior experience in manufacturing, inspection, quality assurance, or a related field preferred Ability to follow written instructions, procedures, and work standards Basic computer proficiency, including data entry, spreadsheets, and email communication Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Effective verbal and written communication skills Ability and willingness to learn quality systems, tools, and manufacturing processes Nesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
