Quality Supervisor

Quality Supervisor - Rochester Area We're partnering with a leading manufacturer in Rochester to hire a hands?on Quality Supervisor who thrives on the production floor and is passionate about driving product quality and team performance. What You'll Do Lead and coach the Quality Inspector team Ensure finished products meet customer and internal standards Oversee final inspections and verify compliance Train inspectors on standards, work instructions, and methods Identify casting/finishing issues and drive corrective actions Partner with Production to improve processes and reduce defects Manage containment for suspect material and customer concerns Analyze returns and recurring issues Support updates to process documentation and job samples

Qualifications:
