Part 111 Manage supplier qualification documentation Oversee training record management Investigations Lead deviation and nonconformance investigations Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) using tools like 5-Why, Fishbone/Ishikawa Write and manage CAPAs (Corrective and Preventive Actions) Investigate customer complaints Track and trend investigation data to identify recurring issues Key Skills & Qualifications Knowledge of FDA cGMP regulations for dietary supplements Experience with CAPA and deviation management Strong technical writing skills Attention to detail and analytical thinking Experience with a Quality Management System (QMS) Ability to work cross-functionally with production, lab, and management Why This Role Matters For a growing supplement manufacturer like Kor, this position is critical because it: Protects the company during FDA inspections Catches and corrects quality issues before they become bigger problems Builds a culture of continuous improvement Supports scalability as production grows
