Quality assurance role responsible for inspections, non-conforming material control, and customer complaint resolution in a manufacturing environment. Job Requirements Proven experience in a similar quality role within the manufacturing industry Experience in elastomer fabrication preferred Knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and tools Proficiency with inspection tools and equipment Ability to identify, document, and manage non-conforming materials Ability to investigate product and process quality issues Ability to lift 25 pounds Preferred Skills Experience handling customer quality complaints Experience performing root cause analysis and corrective actions Experience coordinating with production teams on quality issues Experience working with suppliers on returns or replacement of non-conforming materials Experience conducting inspections from incoming raw materials through finished products Experience working to quality standards and compliance requirements Job Responsibilities Ensure the quality of products and manufacturing processes Serve as the primary point of contact for customer quality complaints Investigate complaints, identify root causes, and support corrective actions Identify and segregate non-conforming materials Coordinate with production teams to prevent recurrence of quality issues Coordinate with suppliers for return or replacement of non-conforming materials Conduct inspections throughout the manufacturing process, from incoming raw materials to finished goods Use inspection tools and follow quality standards to verify compliance

Pay:
