Job Description An emerging robotics and automation company is hiring a full-time Senior Data Analyst to support the development of next-generation autonomous service systems in the Boston area. This role sits at the intersection of analytics, robotics, and data infrastructure, helping transform large-scale telemetry, sensor, and computer vision data into actionable insights that drive product performance and operational efficiency. This is an opportunity to join a highly technical team building category-defining technology from the ground up. The company is looking for someone who can own the analytical layer of the organization, partner closely with engineering and product leadership, and build scalable reporting and observability systems that directly influence product strategy. Required Skills & Experience 8+ years of experience in data analytics, data science, or related fields Expert-level SQL skills including complex queries, CTEs, window functions, and query optimization Experience building dashboards and self-service analytics platforms using Tableau, Looker, Superset, or similar tools Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure Strong understanding of modern data ecosystems including data lakes, containers, and serverless infrastructure Experience designing data models, reporting pipelines, and analytics workflows Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders Experience partnering cross-functionally with engineering, product, and operational teams Desired Skills & Experience Background in robotics, autonomous systems, SLAM, sensor fusion, or 3D perception Familiarity with data lake architectures and observability tooling Experience with real-time systems, online learning, or feedback loop optimization Exposure to ML infrastructure or computer vision data pipelines Experience mentoring engineers or helping establish analytics best practices What You Will Be Doing Tech Breakdown 40% Data Analytics & Business Intelligence 30% Analytics Engineering & Pipeline Development 20% Data Quality, Observability & Monitoring 10% Cross-Functional Strategy & Leadership Daily Responsibilities 60% Hands On Analytics & Engineering 20% Cross-Functional Collaboration 20% Strategic Planning & Mentorship The Offer Competitive base salary + equity potential You will receive the following benefits: Medical Insurance Dental Benefits Vision Benefits Paid Time Off (PTO) 401(k) Flexible startup environment Opportunity for career growth and technical ownership Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis now and in the future.
