Quality Technician 1st Shift | 7:00am - 3:30pm $24-$26/hour Ossian, IN | Precision Manufacturing / Medical Device Industry The Opportunity This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys the technical side of manufacturing and takes pride in making sure parts are right before they move to the customer. We're hiring a Quality Technician to support production through inspections, dimensional verification, and quality documentation in a high-precision manufacturing environment serving the medical device industry . This role is ideal for someone who already has a foundation in quality and measurement — and wants the opportunity to continue growing their technical skillset over time. What You'll Be DoingInspection & Verification Perform first article inspections and dimensional verification Inspect manufactured parts to ensure quality standards are met Support PPAP and quality documentation processes Verify customer documentation and certifications prior to shipment Measurement & Quality Support Use precision measuring tools to inspect parts and features Interpret prints and apply GD&T concepts Assist production teams with proper measuring techniques and quality standards Collect and communicate quality-related data as needed Advanced Equipment & Growth Opportunities Learn and work with advanced inspection equipment including:

CMM FARO

Arm Micro-Vu systems Training is available for candidates with strong foundational quality experience who want to expand their skills.
