Job Description

This position is responsible for supporting daily quality operations by ensuring products and processes meet company and customer quality standards.

The Quality Technician will perform production line audits, monitor processes for non-conformities, review work instructions and line setups, update quality documentation, and support continuous improvement activities.

Responsibilities also include assisting with root cause analysis, containment activities, customer complaint investigations, scrap reduction efforts, and quality inspections.

Quailty Tech will work directly with Production, Engineering, Warehouse, and Project Launch teams to maintain quality standards and support new product launches.

Additional duties include participating in production meetings, layered process audits, 5S audits, and verifying poka-yoke and control plan adherence. High School Diploma preferred Previous manufacturing or quality experience preferred Experience with electronic components is a plus Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
