Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Technician to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring that products meet rigorous quality standards by performing precise inspections, conducting thorough quality audits, and maintaining compliance with industry regulations. Your expertise will help uphold our commitment to delivering safe, reliable, and high-quality products to our customers. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and uphold the integrity of our quality systems. Responsibilities Perform detailed quality inspections using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and vision inspection systems to verify product dimensions and specifications. Utilize advanced tools like Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) to assess complex geometries and ensure dimensional accuracy. Conduct regular quality audits in accordance with ISO standards Collect and analyze data related to product quality, process performance, and defect rates to support root cause analysis and corrective actions. Maintain meticulous records of inspection results, non-conformance reports, and calibration logs Support manufacturing teams by providing real-time quality feedback during production runs, ensuring adherence to quality control procedures. Participate in internal and external quality management reviews, contributing insights for continuous process enhancements. Skills Strong knowledge of quality systems Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, vision inspection systems, and coordinate measuring machines (CMM). Experience with calibration procedures and data collection methods for quality assurance purposes. Familiarity with manufacturing processes and quality control techniques specific to Manufacturing Excellent analysis skills for identifying trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvements. Ability to perform comprehensive quality audits and support compliance initiatives effectively. Strong communication skills for documenting findings clearly and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
