Rogers Group is seeking a Laborer/Maintenance Person for our quarry operation located in Madisonville, TN . The successful candidate for this role will have an uncompromising emphasis on safety excellence, be a self-starter and will have responsibilities that include but are not limited to: Maintenance work and maintain the belt lines Operating production equipment as needed

• such as a haul truck, wheeled loader, or skid steer General plant/mine labor and clean-up of production areas, including shoveling stone from around conveyors and assist with plant clean up and operations Being trained in various other entry level production positions and fill in as needed during vacations, absences, and increased production demand times Report equipment problems and identify them to management Experience or background in millwright type work•metal fabrication, cutting, and machinery repair•is preferred.
