QUICKBOOKS SPECIALIST

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented QuickBooks Specialist to join our Chaos team! Responsibilities Maintain and update financial records using QuickBooks accounting software with precision and attention to detail Reconcile bank statements, credit card accounts, and ledger entries regularly to ensure data accuracy Generate detailed financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow analyses Assist with invoicing, billing, expense tracking, and payroll processing tasks Provide technical support for QuickBooks-related issues and troubleshoot software problems promptly Maintain fuel receipts Daily receipts Train staff on QuickBooks functionalities and best practices to enhance overall efficiency in financial management Experience Proven experience working as a QuickBooks Specialist or in a similar accounting support role Strong computer management skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Google Workspace, and SharePoint Familiarity with operating systems including Windows, macOS, Linux, and cloud platforms like AWS or Oracle environments Knowledge of software troubleshooting techniques for applications such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Dreamweaver, Captivate, and Visio is a plus Experience supporting help desk functions related to IT issues involving operating systems or network configurations such as computer networking or operating system troubleshooting Ability to analyze financial data accurately using analysis tools and develop reports that inform decision-making processes Classroom experience or training & development background is advantageous for internal training initiatives Join the Chaos!!
