Job Description

Full-Time Radiation Therapist SkinCure Oncology (SCO) is a rapidly growing healthcare innovator transforming the treatment of non-melanoma skin cancer with image-guided superficial radiation therapy (IG-SRT). The Role Our Radiation Therapists are part of a collaborative network of clinical experts dedicated to delivering precise, patient-centered care through the GentleCure modality. While Radiation Therapists are primarily assigned to a home location, this role operates within a broader practice network. Based on patient volume and business needs, Radiation Therapists may be required to provide support at nearby partner locations. This flexibility helps ensure continuity of care and optimal patient access across all sites. What You Will Do Safely and effectively deliver image-guided superficial radiation therapy (IG-SRT) treatments as prescribed. Assist in dosimetry and treatment planning processes. Stay up-to-date and consistently apply all clinical standard operating procedures (SOPs). Record and maintain customized documentation. Assist with verification of benefits (VOBs) in coordination with SkinCure Oncology Support Team and our practice partners. Maintain quality assurance and quality control. Manage clinical schedule to meet the needs of the practice partner. Other duties as assigned. Participate in GentleCure by SCO education and outreach initiatives. Act as a liaison between GentleCure by SkinCure Oncology and the practice partner. Maintain professionalism and represent SkinCure Oncology's commitment to quality, access to care, and service at each site. Supports coverage at nearby partner locations, as needed and directed by the Director of Covering Specialists. What You Will Bring Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in computer applications and software systems Ability to trouble shoot and take initiative
