Radiation Therapist Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Radiation Therapist to join our healthcare team in providing exceptional patient care. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, focusing on delivering radiation treatments as prescribed by physicians.

Our facility is located in the vibrant city of McMinnville, Oregon, nestled in the picturesque Willamette Valley. This area is renowned for its natural beauty, historic charm, and community-focused lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer radiation therapy treatments to patients in accordance with physician prescriptions and established protocols. Ensure the accurate operation of radiation therapy equipment, maintaining adherence to safety standards and regulations. Collaborate effectively with the radiation oncology team to provide comprehensive care and support to patients. Utilize healthcare informatics tools for data acquisition, storage, and retrieval, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy. Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to facilitate optimal care delivery.
Qualifications:
Associate's degree in Radiation Therapy or equivalent required. Certification in Radiation Therapy, in good standing. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. Experience with Aria, Eclipse Treatment Planning, and Phillips CT software is preferred. Strong understanding of radiation safety principles and compliance with regulatory guidelines.
