Job Description

You will play a vital role in radiation treatment services, working alongside talented colleagues to impact patient outcomes positively.
Schedule/Hours:
Full-time hours, Monday through Friday Day shifts, with occasional flexibility as needed
Qualifications:
Graduation from an accredited program in Radiation Therapy Valid certification and registration as a Radiation Therapist (ARRT certified preferred) Active state licensure in Radiation Therapy (or eligibility) Prior experience operating linear accelerators and related radiation oncology equipment Excellent interpersonal skills for interacting with patients, families, and care team members Strong attention to detail and commitment to following all safety and clinical protocols
Responsibilities:
Deliver prescribed radiation therapy treatments accurately and safely according to physician orders Prepare and position patients for treatment using immobilization devices and correct techniques Monitor patient responses, recognize and report adverse reactions, and provide patient education Perform quality assurance checks on equipment and maintain detailed treatment records Collaborate with oncologists, physicists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure patient-centered care Uphold all compliance, confidentiality, and safety standards as required by applicable regulations
