Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Current registration as a Radiation Therapist (ARRT certified) Proficient with MOSAIQ oncology information system Strong experience with MONICLE for treatment planning Hands-on competency with ELEKTA linear accelerators Proven understanding of radiation safety and compliance standards Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team Strong organizational, communication, and patient care skills

Primary Responsibilities:

Administer accurate and safe radiation therapy treatments according to oncologist prescriptions and established protocols Operate sophisticated radiotherapy equipment, including MOSAIQ and ELEKTA systems Collaborate with oncologists, dosimetrists, physicists, and nursing staff to optimize patient treatment plans via MONICLE Monitor patient responses and provide compassionate, knowledgeable support throughout the treatment process Maintain high standards for documentation, patient records, and treatment reports Follow all applicable radiation safety and facility protocols to safeguard patients and staff
