Key Responsibilities:

Operate radiologic equipment to produce images for diagnostic purposes Position patients correctly to capture precise images as requested by healthcare providers Ensure patient safety by following established protocols for radiation protection and infection control Maintain accurate records of procedures, patient information, and imaging results within the electronic health record system Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members to ensure coordinated and efficient care Monitor and maintain equipment, reporting any malfunctions or maintenance needs Assist with patient preparation and ease their concerns through professional, compassionate communication

Qualifications & Experience:

Completion of an accredited program in Radiologic Technology Valid national certification (ARRT) in Radiography Active state license as applicable Demonstrated proficiency in performing a variety of imaging procedures, including general X-rays Strong understanding of anatomy, positioning, and radiologic safety principles Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for both patient and team interactions Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced healthcare environment Previous experience as an Imaging/Radiology or X-ray Technologist preferred This role provides the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient diagnostics and outcomes in a supportive healthcare setting.
