Job Description

Category Imaging - X-ray Job Type Contract Step into an important role providing high-quality diagnostic imaging services. This contract opportunity is ideal for professionals skilled in X-ray and radiologic technology, seeking to deliver excellent patient care in an engaging healthcare environment.
Schedule:
13-week contract 4 shifts per week, 10 hours each
Days:
8:00 am - 6:30 pm
Qualifications:
Current BLS certification required ARRT(R) registration California Fluoroscopy License Solid experience in mammography Proven competence in general X-ray and radiologic technology practices Detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to patient safety and comfort
Responsibilities:
Perform diagnostic X-ray and mammography procedures with accuracy and compassion Operate imaging equipment safely and according to established protocols Ensure all images are high-quality and support effective diagnosis and treatment Maintain required documentation, including patient records and imaging logs Monitor and prioritize patient flow to optimize department efficiency Assist the healthcare team with patient positioning and safety throughout imaging exams Perform quality assurance checks and basic equipment maintenance Adhere to all state, federal, and facility standards for radiologic practices This role provides the opportunity to make a difference by delivering critical imaging services and supporting clinicians in making informed treatment decisions.
