Travel, variable shiftsQualifications:
Graduate of an accredited nursing program. Current California RN license. Valid BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications. At least one year of recent Registered Nurse experience within the last 24 months and acute critical care experience in the last year, or EMT/ED Tech with a minimum of two years' experience. MICN desired within one year of hire; NRP, TNCC, and CEN encouraged. Basic computer literacy. Physically able to bend, squat, lift up to 50 lbs., and respond promptly in emergency settings.Primary Duties:
Deliver age-appropriate, compassionate care to pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients in a fast-paced Emergency Department. Rapidly assess and interpret patient conditions, monitor hemodynamic status, and execute timely interventions. Maintain meticulous nursing documentation in accordance with regulatory standards. Prepare, administer, and monitor IV fluids and critical medications. Support infection control guidelines with appropriate safety precautions. Collaborate with diverse clinical teams; meet charge nurse expectations as needed. Uphold professionalism and confidentiality at all times.Position Benefits:
