We're seeking a dependable, self-motivated Ranch Hand to support day-to-day operations and be part of a dedicated team. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys physical work, takes initiative, and values a lifestyle connected to the land. Responsibilities Assist with daily livestock care and cattle handling Feed livestock and support seasonal operations (calving, shipping, haying, winter feeding) Repair and maintain fencing and irrigation systems Operate and maintain ranch equipment Perform general ranch maintenance and upkeep Adapt to seasonal priorities and changing daily tasks Qualifications Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience with cattle and ranch equipment preferred (willing to train the right candidate) Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Valid driver's license required Cow/Calf Experience Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Hands-on experience across all aspects of ranch operations Opportunity to work on a respected, family-run ranch Unique lifestyle rooted in Montana land, animals, and community
