Job Title:

Range Cleaning and Recycling Specialist The Range Cleaning and Recycling Specialist is responsible for keeping our state-of-the-art ranges at Lake Erie Arms clean, safe, and operating at the highest standard. This role focuses on safely removing and handling lead and other range materials to protect the health of our team and guests. In this position, you will prepare work areas using proper containment methods, wear required protective gear (PPE), and use specialized cleaning techniques to safely remove lead from the range. You will also collect, sort, and store lead and brass for recycling, ensuring all materials are handled and disposed of according to safety and environmental guidelines. Attention to detail is critical. This role requires accurate documentation, strict adherence to safety procedures, and a strong commitment to maintaining a clean and compliant facility. Because of the health risks associated with lead exposure, specialized training is provided and required.

Schedule:

Our Range Cleaning and Recycling Specialists work overnight from 8:00 PM to 4:30 AM .
