Job Description

Category Schools - RBT - Registered Behavior Technician Job Type Contract Are you a passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) seeking your next rewarding assignment? This contract opportunity extends through the 2026-2027 school year and summer program, enabling you to make a meaningful difference in the lives of elementary students in a supportive school environment. You'll work onsite for the remainder of the school year, participate in the summer program with professional development days on June 23-24, and deliver vital behavioral interventions Monday-Thursday from July 6 to August 6. Your expertise will directly support students' academic and social-emotional growth in a collaborative, team-oriented setting.
Qualifications:
Active RBT Certification (must be current at time of submission) Demonstrated school-based experience as an RBT Strong background supporting pediatric and elementary populations Capable of working onsite full-time throughout the assignment Reliable transportation for consistent attendance
Responsibilities:
Implement individualized behavior intervention plans for elementary-aged students Collect and document accurate behavioral data Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and school administrators to promote student success Engage with students one-on-one and in small groups to reinforce positive behaviors Communicate progress and strategies to families and educational teams
