Job Description

Category Schools - RBT - Registered Behavior Technician Job Type Contract Take your expertise as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to the next level by supporting a dedicated educational team near beautiful Napa, CA! This contract opportunity offers you the chance to make a meaningful difference in the life of a 4th grade student requiring skilled behavior support during a summer assignment. With a supportive environment and a focus on creating the best outcomes for students, this position is ideal for RBTs experienced in managing moderate-to-aggressive behaviors.
What We're Looking For:
Active RBT certification in good standing Proven track record working with elementary-aged children, especially those with behavioral challenges Experience supporting aggressive behaviors in school settings Ability to implement behavior intervention plans with consistency and compassion Strong communication skills to collaborate with teachers, parents, and support teams Availability to work onsite throughout the assignment dates
Your Contributions Will Include:
Providing direct, one-on-one behavioral support to a 4th grade student Implementing tailored intervention strategies as outlined in the student's individualized plan Collaborating closely with educational staff and families to monitor progress and inform adjustments Collecting data and documenting student behaviors to inform ongoing interventions Maintaining a safe and positive environment conducive to learning and growth This role will immerse you in hands-on experience, enhance your skills, and connect you with dedicated professionals equally passionate about student success.
