Qualifications & Experience:
Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Experience supporting children or adolescents in educational or therapeutic environments Ability to implement behavior intervention plans as directed by supervisors or Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) Strong communication skills to collaborate with teachers, staff, and families Demonstrated compassion, patience, and adaptability when working with diverse student needs
Primary Responsibilities:
