What We Offer:
Flexible Scheduling:
Full-time and part-time options. In-home now, center-based soon.
Competitive Pay:
$22-$28+ per hour based on experience, with bonus potential.

What We're Looking For:
Active RBT certification (or willing to complete it before starting) Experience with kids in behavioral, educational, or developmental settings (preferred, not required) Strong communication and people skills Detail-oriented and reliable Passion for helping kids grow in positive, consistent environments Collaborative mindset and openness to feedback
Your Day-to-Day:
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision Follow individualized treatment plans Collect accurate behavior and skills data Help clients build communication, social, and daily living skills Stay in touch with your clinical supervisor Maintain ethical, professional interactions at all times We see you.
