• Full-time, Contract Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented R D Technician to join our research and development team.

This role involves supporting scientific research initiatives, conducting laboratory experiments, and ensuring compliance with industry standards such as GLP (Good Laboratory Practice) and CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice). The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in laboratory techniques, animal physiology, microbiology, molecular biology, and veterinary terminology. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to innovative research projects within a dynamic environment dedicated to scientific advancement and quality assurance. Duties

• High School Diploma required, Associate's Degree preferred w/ 1+ year of related experience
• 1-2+ years of relevant hands-on experience preferred
• Technician-level candidates only
• Role will support medical device assembly and testing in a lab environment
• Candidate will work closely with another technician for training and collaboration
• Basic understanding of measuring equipment
• Experience working in a lab, manufacturing, or testing environment preferred Works under limited supervision assisting R D engineers and scientists in the development, testing, and analysis of products, materials, processes, and equipment.

Assist with design and setup of pilot and production equipment Support development of methods and procedures for equipment use Measure, monitor, and analyze processing variables Assist with process control activities and system scale-up efforts Support testing, assembly, and lab-based activities for medical devices Maintain compliance with all quality system requirements #
