Reach Operator Full-Time • $20/hr • Monday-Friday, 12:00 PM-8:30

Mira Loma, CA About the Role This role supports case picking, shipping, receiving, returns, loading, order processing, and replenishment in a fast-paced distribution environment. You'll operate material-handling equipment to move inventory throughout the facility and ensure accurate, efficient workflow. What You'll Do Operate Equipment to locate, move, and deliver products Load Orders by staging and loading customer shipments onto trucks Verify Shipments for correct quantity and quality Build Pallets using packing lists to gather items and wrap pallets Inspect Stock and report any issues Return Inventory to proper storage locations Maintain Work Area to ensure safety and cleanliness Support Inventory Control as needed Preferred Qualifications Experience in multiple distribution-center departments Experience with material-handling equipment Ability to read and follow written instructions Work Environment Exposure to temperature changes, machinery, noise, and fumes Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Standing for extended periods; repetitive movements Education & Experience HS diploma or GED preferred May require specialized training Typically 2-5 years
