REACH Program LPN (Behavioral Health)

Hopewell Health Centers is a nationally accredited federally qualified health and community mental health center with 23 sites across TEN counties throughout Southeastern Ohio (Athens, Franklin, Gallia, Hocking, Jackson, Meigs, Perry, Ross, Vinton, and Washington). We are currently seeking a LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) to join our REACH (day treatment) Program in Cheshire, OH . As the LPN , you will provide and coordinate supportive treatment/nursing services to youth (ages 10-17) attending a daytime treatment program (REACH) in Cheshire, OH serving Meigs and Gallia counties. Will be required to screen/assess patients and do medical intakes. Documentation in the ECW system is required. Must coordinate care with other providers and services. Will be required to work as a team with other staff as well as providers. Must be able to work with psychiatric clients and their needs. What do we look for in our LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)?? Eligible to work in the United Stated Completion of post-secondary education nursing coursework as a Licensed Practical Nurse Position requires current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR), Good verbal and written communication skills.
